12-Vehicle Accident Traps Woman in Car

"Four injured people were flown to hospitals Monday morning after a 12-vehicle collision that occurred in Casa Grande when a tractor trailer rear-ended a dump truck, an official said Monday.
Around 7:45 a.m. the Casa Grande Police Department was called to North Pinal Avenue just south of Interstate 10 and found 12 vehicles, including four commercial vehicles, involved in a crash, said a department news release.
The initial investigation revealed that a tractor trailer headed south on Pinal Avenue had rear-ended the dump truck, pushing it into several other vehicles up ahead, the release said."
