I-474 accident reminder of Scott's Law

"BARTONVILLE -- A four-car accident Tuesday night on Interstate 474 involving a tractor-trailer, a state trooper's vehicle and a tow truck sent four people to the hospital.
The incident is a reminder of just how dangerous it is to park on the shoulder and how not paying attention can be disastrous.
Police say the accident happened at about 8:30 p.m. on eastbound I-474 near the Shade-Lohmann Bridge.
Leonard Fearson, who witnessed the accident, said the tow truck was pulling another car out of the snow. The trooper's car, which had it's lights on, was on the side of the road when the tractor-trailer hit it."
