Interstate 8: I-8 runs from San Diego, California through to the junction of I-10, which is just southeast of Casa Grande, AZ. As it passes through Arizona, it also goes through the towns of Sentinel, Yuma and Wellton. Interstate 8 in California runs parallel to the Mexican border and is no more than 3 miles north of the border at points in Imperial County, CA.
Interstate 10: I-10, also called the Christopher Columbus Transcontinental Highway, provides the main east-west link for the southern portion of the United States. It runs from Santa Monica, CA in the west to Jacksonville, FL in the east and through major U.S. cities such as Los Angeles, El Paso, San Antonio, Houston and New Orleans. The AZ portion of this route runs through Phoenix and Tucson.
Interstate 17: I-17 is one of AZ's two intrastate interstates, as it remains completely within the state. In the late 1950's, I-17 was the first freeway segment built in the Phoenix area. I-17 runs 146 miles through AZ. The southern end begins at I-10 in Phoenix and ends in the north at I-40 in Flagstaff.
Interstate 19: I-19 is the
second intrastate interstate highway, which is located
entirely within AZ. It passes from Nogales, Arizona at the
Mexican border through to Tucson, Arizona at the junction of
I-10. The entire I-19 route follows the same path as the
former U.S. Highway 89. Signed distances along this
highway are given in kilometers, not miles.
Interstate 40: I-40 spans the U.S., from California
through to North Carolina on the east coast. Its
Arizona route runs through Kingman, Flagstaff, Holbrook and
Lupton.

When truck collisions do occur, trucking companies involved in the accident often send representatives to the accident scene. These agents work to handle everything at the scene of the accident so that they can limit or mitigate their company’s liability.
