Fiery tractor-trailer crash kills 2, one dead in spin-off wreck
By Emily Ingram
"Two people are dead after a northbound tractor-trailer jumped a dividing barricade on Interstate 35 and collided with two more southbound tractor-trailers Friday afternoon.
An Axtell man was killed in another collision near the Potts Interchange, which authorities said was caused by traffic backed up from the initial wreck.
The first wreck occurred shortly before 3 p.m. and spanned two of three interstate lanes, the southbound access road and the grassy median between the interstate and the access road immediately after exit 337, or what is known as the Potts Interchange."
