One dead in wreck that shut down Interstate 95

"SAVANNAH, Ga. -- A Florida woman has been charged with vehicular homicide after a collision between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle on Interstate 95 in Savannah.
The accident occurred shortly before noon Tuesday. All southbound lanes of I-95 were shut down for a cleanup of chemicals and cargo from the truck. One lane had was by late in the afternoon -- with the others expected in the evening.
Savannah-Chatham Police said 57-year-old Elijah Mack, of Ridgeland, S.C., was the driver of the tractor-trailer. He was was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said Susan Horton, 55, of The Villages, Fla., was traveling in the center lane when she swerved into the right lane and made contact with the truck.
Police charged her with second-degree vehicular homicide and failure to maintain her lane.
Horton was taken to Memorial Health University Medical Center for her injuries. Her husband, Tim Horton, 57, also was admitted to the hospital for minor injuries."
