Overturned rig blocks Clinton close to State
By Angela Mapes
The Journal Gazette
"Traffic was blocked on North Clinton Street for several hours Friday afternoon after a tractor-trailer rig overturned.
Fort Wayne police spokeswoman Robin Thompson said speed was a factor in the crash, which happened on North Clinton Street near East Jacobs Street.
It took crews several hours to clean up the rig’s spilled cargo. There were no major injuries reported in the crash, Thompson said. The crash closed a portion of Clinton and snarled traffic in the area for part of the afternoon. It also affected traffic on East State Boulevard."
