Buford woman stable following wreck
Pickup pinned under truck with 79,000 pounds of gravel

"A Buford woman was stable and alert late Wednesday at a Gwinnett hospital after her pickup was slammed by a dump truck and then pushed underneath a tractor-trailer in South Hall, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
Valerie Jalbert, 50, was taken by Hall County Emergency Services to Gwinnett Medical Center with serious injuries after the 4 p.m. three-vehicle wreck near the intersection of McEver and Friendship roads in Buford, state patrol Trooper Jordan Stamey said."
