Major Interstates, Intrastates, and Highway Corridors

Major Highways in Utah include: I-15, I70, I-80 and I-84.

Interstate 15: Utah claims 402 miles of the 1,435 mile I-15 route. Cove Fort, Ogden and Salt Lake City lie along the I-15 corridor in UT. The northern terminus is Sweetgrass, MT, at the Canadian border. The southern terminus is San Diego, CA.

Interstate 70: The I-70 eastern terminus is in Baltimore, MD. After spanning 230 miles through the state, the western terminus is in Cove Ft., Utah.

Interstate 80: I-80 spans 2,909 miles, beginning with Teaneck, NJ in the east and ending with San Francisco, CA in the west. Utah accounts for 197 miles, with Salt Lake City being its only major city along the I-80 route.

Interstate 84: I-84 runs 771 miles through Oregon, Idaho and Utah. Tremonton and Echo are Utah’s larger cities along I-84. Echo, UT is the eastern terminus, while Portland, OR is the western terminus.
