Interstate 89: I-89 spans 188 miles through Vermont and New Hampshire. VT accounts for 130 miles, with I-89 in close proximity to Burlington and White River Junction.

Interstate 91: I-91 runs 290 miles, 177 of which go through VT. Derby Line, at the Canadian border, as well as St. Johnsbury and White River Junction are along the I-91 route.

Interstate 93: Vermont claims 12 of I-93’s 210 mile route. The southern terminus is in Dedham, MA and the northern terminus is in St. Johnsbury, VT.
